As a Master Mariner with more than 20+ years of experience he has built a team of Maritime experts, business tycoons & leaders who help him in this vision to serve a higher standard of service for vessels under his command to dwindle the shortfall in quality of maritime services onshore & offshore. Capt. Alok Kumar single handedly started with the UTG services division in 2009 and has now expanded into 7 new businesses till date. During his 7 years of journey the company has achieved remarkable milestones and has ventured into various services catering shipping &maritime industry internationally.
M.D - Mrs. Prity Kumar
As the Co-Founder & M.D of Alphard Group she has been instrumental in the organizational development since its inception and has been constantly working on improving its deliverables since then. She ensures the smooth functioning of global operations across all businesses and offices.
C.F.O - Jos Chakola
Being a C.F.O he is accountable for the Financial, Administrative and Risk management operations of the company to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. He has been involved in the security operations since Alphard Group’s inception. He has proved his mettle and looks after all Security and Financial operations of the organization.
Operation Director - Capt. Ajit Ojha
Having served in various maritime roles over 20 years and possessing strong management skills, he monitors overall operations in the organization to meet established objectives for growth and profitability of the Alphard Group.
G.M QHSE - Capt. K.S Bhatty
An ex-IACS Class surveyor and Auditor, he oversees internal and external audits of Alphard Group. He also manages customer grievances with ensuring the highest quality and standards. With his extensive set of skills he is constantly improving various processes helping Alphard Group to deliver the best.
Sr. Fleet Personnel Manager - Capt. Ambarish Prakash
A Graduate in B.Sc. (Nautical Sciences) from T.S. Rajendra/T.S. Chanakya. Senior Fleet management presently heading crewing and operation department with more than 25 years of experience in the shipping industry. Worked as a Marine Auditor, Marine/Manning Superintendent, VDR Analyst, SMS Synthesizer & SMS TRAINER on board yard delivery vessels in his professional career.
GM Technical - Ansuman Ghosh
A graduate from DMET with sailing experience on various merchant ships, he has also worked as a business manager & a principal surveyor with ABS Singapore in his past experience. In Alphard Group he handles daily coordination in Singapore & managing the Technical Team.
G.M Projects - Sheel Noel Cabral
A Class I Motor, Marine engineer who has sailed on Bulker carriers, Large tankers & product carriers and specialized Gas Carriers up to the rank of a Chief Engineer. In the year 2001 he stepped ashore and has held various senior management positions with leading ship Owners in India and UAE. Recognized by his contribution to the Maritime Industry, he sits on the Technical Committees of major classification societies in the UAE region. A well-known name in the maritime industry and he has been recognized as a Chartered Engineer by “The Engineering Council UK” & “The Institute of Engineers India” and a Fellow at The IMarEST & IMarE (I). In his career ashore, he has Techno commercially handled VLGC’s, Product & Chemical tankers, Bitumen tankers, AHTS and other special purpose ships. He also has expertise in installation & commissioning of power plants and has experience in Ship demolitions and last leg voyages.
G.M Projects - Prasun Das
He spearheads group’s technical division. He is an industry expert and IIT + IIM alumni with more than three decades of shipping sector experience with his forte in managing entire technical operations of ships across categories that includes dry cargo ships, car ferries, tankers, gas tankers and bulk carriers among others at Anglo Eastern, Wallem and Univan.
